The bulb will need replacement. I have not tested it with film or to transfer video. Reverse spins fine. The light doesn turns on.

I also have a Goko tc-301 super 8 player for sale in my other listings. Comes with original box and packing Styrofoam. This player powers on and will move in forward reverse. The forward arm will not spin freely it hesitates so need some maintenance to work correctly.
